[Digitization Registry]

The Digitization Registry is an internet based directory of digitized material in mathematics.

Resources are described with a set of metadata based on the Dublin Core Metadata Element Set in order to make records exchangeable with other similar projects.
The sources are organized by type (monography, journals, projects) etc. and ordered alphabetically by title within each class.
In addition, there are three Search Options: A simple basic search, an advanced search and an index scan that allows browsing in selected categories.
New resources are continuously added to the database, already catalogued ones will be updated on a regular basis.

The Digitization Registry has been compiled and maintained at the Lower Saxony State and University Library, Göttingen (SUB Göttingen), Germany. The SUB is actively engaged in the development of digital library services and is funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG [German Research Foundation]) since 1949 as a central German source of literature supply and special subject collections for Pure Mathematics.
The technical realization of the Digitization Registry is based on the Project SSG-FI (SonderSammelgebiets-Fachinformationen) which was funded by the DFG.
